What started in Melbourne has grown into an Australia-wide brokerage built around careful preparation, clear communication and long-term relationships.

We compare suitable options from a broad panel of lenders, manage the details and stay accountable from the first conversation through to settlement and beyond.

Founder and senior mortgage broker Solmaz brings a background in banking, but Prestige was shaped around something equally important: listening.

Because knowing what a lender may approve is only one part of the conversation. The finance still needs to make sense for the person who will live with it.

For nine years, we have helped clients across Melbourne, Sydney and Australia navigate major financial decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

We do not begin by asking, “How much can you borrow?”

We begin with, “What are you trying to build?”

Meet Solmaz

Founder and Mortgage Broker. Former ANZ senior lender. Straight talker.

Solmaz understands lending from both sides of the table.

Her banking career showed her how credit teams assess applications, how lender policies are applied and how easily an overlooked detail can create problems.

But working for one bank meant working within one lender’s products and policies. Solmaz founded Prestige so she could use that experience on the client’s side, with more choice, greater transparency and advice shaped around the person taking on the repayment.

Today, she helps first-home buyers, homeowners, investors and business owners make informed finance decisions without pressure or sugar-coating.

Solmaz understands lending from both sides of the table.
